A Travel permit is a one-way travel documents to facilitate the return of those Bangladeshi nationals whose Bangladeshi passport is lost/damaged/expired.
Note that a Travel permit is valid for 3 months only.

North East & North West England: Northumberland, Durham, Tyne and Wear, Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire, North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, Humberside, Derbyshire
North Wales: Clwyd, Gwynedd
Isle of Man and
Scotland.
- Bangladeshi national living in/visiting UK.

The application along with required documents need to be submitted to BAHC, Manchester in person. Please note that in case of children, presence of children with both parents is required. Applicant(s) wishes to receive the travel documents by post, must provide a self-addressed prepaid envelop while applying.
Applicants wish to receive their service BY POST are requested to send a Prepaid Next Day Special Delivery Return Envelope with their applications.
- Duly filled-in and signed application form;
- Original Bangladeshi passport with photocopy;
- 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photograph (colour photo with white background);
- UK Proof of address such as Council Tax/ H M Revenue statement / Latest Bank Statement/ Utility Bill (Gas bill/ Electricity bill/ Water bill) not more than 3 months old/ Driving License/ University letter mentioning UK address;
- In case of Children, Birth Certificate and parent’s passport copy is also required.
