With proper documentation applicant can apply for endorsement in their hand-written Bangladeshi passports.
Please note that for endorsement in hand-written passport,

1. Supporting documents originated in Bangladesh must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dhaka, Bangladesh;

and

2. The supporting documents originated in UK, must attested by the Legalization office of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, UK

• Applicants living in the following areas may approach Bangladesh Assistant High Commission, Manchester for consular services:
  North East & North West England: Northumberland, Durham, Tyne and Wear, Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire, North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, Humberside, Derbyshire
  North Wales: Clwyd, Gwynedd
  Isle of Man and
  Scotland.

• Bangladeshi national living in the following areas may approach Bangladesh Assistant High Commission, Manchester for consular services:

The application along with required documents need to be submitted to BAHC, Manchester in person/ by post. Applicants wish to receive their service BY POST are requested to send a Prepaid Next Day Special Delivery Return Envelope with their applications.

1. Duly filled-in and signed application form;
2. Original Bangladeshi passport(s) with photocopy;
3. 1 (one) copy of recent passport size photograph (colour photo with white background);
4. UK Proof of address such as Council Tax/ H M Revenue statement / Latest Bank Statement/ Utility Bill (Gas bill/ Electricity bill/ Water bill) not more than 3 months old/ Driving License/ University letter mentioning UK address;
5. In case of Children, Birth Certificate and parent’s passport copy is also required.
